What you will do

• Define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the Accounts and Tooling portfolio to drive engagement and revenue growth.
• Identify high-value customer problems using research, market insights, and data analysis.
• Act as a hands-on AI Product Builder using LLMs, agents, and prototypes to validate ideas and reduce time to market.
• Design and scale AI-powered experiences, defining behavior standards, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop journeys.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, and Marketing to bring validated products to market.
• Align senior stakeholders through clear storytelling and crisp decision-making under uncertainty.

Requirements

• Proven product leadership experience in marketplaces, consumer platforms, SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce at scale.
• Practical, hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, agent concepts, or rapid prototyping workflows.
• Strong business and data fluency, including expertise in metrics, funnels, and marketplace dynamics.
• Ability to simplify complex, ambiguous customer problems into clear product opportunities.
• Must be currently based in Spain, Poland, or Portugal with the valid right to work in one of these countries.
