What you will do

• Define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the Accounts and Tooling product portfolio.
• Act as a hands-on builder using AI tools, prototypes, and agents to validate ideas quickly and reduce time to market.
• Design and scale AI-powered experiences, defining quality standards, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop journeys.
• Collaborate with Design, Analytics, Engineering, and Commercial teams to identify high-value opportunities.
• Lead senior stakeholder alignment through clear storytelling and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Proven product leadership experience in marketplaces, consumer platforms, SaaS, or e-commerce at scale.
• Must be currently based in Spain, Poland, or Portugal or possess the legal right to work in these locations.
• Practical experience using AI tools, LLMs, agent concepts, or rapid prototyping workflows to create testable artefacts.
• Strong data and business fluency, including comfort with metrics, funnels, experimentation, and marketplace dynamics.
• Ability to simplify complexity and turn ambiguous customer problems into clear product opportunities.
