What you will do

• Drive program planning and execution using best practices, managing risks and dependencies across multiple programs and teams
• Oversee portfolio management, including delivery pipelines from requests to evaluation and successful delivery
• Ensure cross-functional alignment on goals, strategy, scope, timelines, decisions, and outcomes
• Contribute technically to requirements and design discussions with program teams
• Foster transparency, trust, and lean value-driven approaches through servant leadership
• Maintain strong communication and regular updates to stakeholders
• Participate in continuous cross-functional process improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of Program, Portfolio, and Process Management experience
• Strong technical background combined with leadership skills
• Experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments
• Ability to synthesize data into structured program roadmaps
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

• Experience with Atlassian and Google product suites
