Senior Manager, Technical Program Management

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers, providing regular feedback and supporting professional growth.
• Partner with the Director of Technical Program Management and Product and Engineering leadership on PMO staffing, team assignments, and resource planning.
• Establish and continuously improve program management standards, including documentation, project plans, status reports, post-mortems, and team direction.
• Develop the long-term strategy, vision, job family, hiring plans, and growth objectives for the Technical Program Management function.
• Build relationships with Engineering, Product, Security, and go-to-market stakeholders while resolving risks, conflicts, and delivery obstacles.
• Lead strategic planning and track KPIs for programs and team members to ensure commitments are met.

Requirements

• Experience as a people manager and as an individual-contributor Technical Program Manager, preferably at a senior level.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and coach others on cross-functional, product-driven initiatives without direct control of the programs.
• Track record of successful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience developing and executing strategic team development plans.
• Ability to establish trusted-partner and thought-leader relationships across the organization.
