Global Cybersecurity Senior Manager – Program Management (Cybersecurity/Information Security): Leading governance, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement for BCG’s global Information Security Risk Management program with an accent on portfolio planning, risk management, financial oversight, and executive dashboards. Focus on managing complex cross-functional initiatives, improving scalable security processes, and aligning Information Security, Risk, Legal, Data Privacy, and IT stakeholders.
Location: Regular work from a BCG office or in person with clients, typically around 50% of working time, depending on business needs and local policies.

What you will do
- Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen the Information Security Risk Management program.
- Manage a portfolio of operational and transformational Information Security programs from planning through execution.
- Drive program governance, portfolio planning, financial oversight, risk management, and resource planning.
- Develop executive-ready monthly reports, dashboards, metrics, and performance insights.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Information Security, Risk, Legal, Data Privacy, IT, and business functions.
- Improve operational processes, frameworks, standards, and scalable ways of working.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading complex programs or portfolios in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk, or a related function within a global organization.
- Strong program and project management expertise, including governance, financial management, risk management, executive reporting, and Agile delivery.
- Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives and balancing operational priorities with strategic transformation.
- Experience creating performance metrics, executive dashboards, and monthly reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; project management certification and Information Security or Cybersecurity knowledge are advantageous.
