What you will do

• Lead customer interactions and identify strategies to maximize product value for the client.
• Manage the implementation lifecycle, overseeing business operations analysis and end-user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers on API integration, data conversion, and business logic.
• Deliver formal training to client project teams and end-users.
• Proactively troubleshoot, track, and resolve client issues.
• Manage multiple accounts, project deadlines, and milestones.

Requirements

• Experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, application engineering, or business consulting.
• BEng degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to define business requirements and review functional specifications.
• Capacity to become a product expert within 30 days of joining.
