What you will do
- Manage 2–4 concurrent client implementations of Tracking and Diagnostics software solutions.
- Drive full project lifecycles from kickoff through go-live and closure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading status calls and milestone reviews.
- Own project documentation, including plans, timelines, scope documents, and change requests.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies early in the process.
- Coordinate resources across internal consultants, product, and technical teams.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of project management experience in Professional Services, SaaS, or tech implementation.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models.
- Strong client-facing experience in delivery, consulting, or customer success roles.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%) for client or project needs.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Asana.
- Background in aviation, maintenance, or operational software environments.
- Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools for reporting and workflow automation.
