What you will do

• Project manage complex implementation engagements for enterprise accounts.
• Translate client business goals into technical requirements and data architecture.
• Partner with exchanges and FinTechs to design, implement, and activate hirify.global solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to optimize product quality and business impact.
• Establish and own relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
• Lead customer launches and ensure post go-live success.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid, Spain to help launch the new regional office.
• 4+ years of experience in technology consulting, professional services, or data analysis.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or similar.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, including AWS, integration technologies, and APIs.
• Experience working directly with Engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
