What you will do

• Drive onboarding, adoption, and renewal for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Act as primary contact for customer outcomes, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships in strategic accounts.
• Conduct supply chain analyses using Everstream tools to solve customer challenges.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams on success plans.
• Gather customer feedback to influence product roadmap and champion advocacy.

Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting, customer success, or account management (B2B SaaS/supply chain preferred)
• Experience with enterprise customers in UK & DACH regions
• Professional fluency in German and English
• Strong problem-solving, supply chain analysis, and strategic planning skills.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence for senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, or related; MBA preferred.
