Local Office (London, UK) or Remote (United Kingdom). Fluency in both German and English required. 10-25% travel.

What you will do

  • Act as primary advocate for assigned clients, building long-term trusted relationships.
  • Develop and execute time-bound engagement plans for identity security programs.
  • Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction to address risks proactively.
  • Provide expert coaching and best practices for identity and access management.
  • Partner with delivery teams on project status and mutual success plans.
  • Deliver strategic updates to leadership and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Drive renewals and cultivate customer advocates.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles like Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management, preferably in SaaS/enterprise software.
  • Strong ability to analyze information and provide strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with identity governance, security, or project management.
