Salary: $195,000 – $225,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans for account penetration and growth.
• Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to integrate Sighirify.global into clinical decision-making.
• Drive new business development and expand existing relationships within integrated delivery networks.
• Deliver impactful clinical education to Medical Oncologists, Oncology Surgeons, and Pathologists.
• Monitor market trends and account performance to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize ROI through consistent sales activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Cutaneous, Surgical, or molecular diagnostics.
• Deep knowledge of oncology markets, precision medicine, and the reimbursement landscape.
• Ability to travel frequently (~75%), including overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Proven leadership, business acumen, and strong communication skills.
