What you will do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as their trusted advisor.
- Drive account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and demonstrating ROI.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, address issues, and ensure high retention.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans with regular check-ins.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and resolve issues.
- Provide market insights from trends and feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports on account status, forecasts, and analytics for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; BS preferred.
- Minimum 7 years as Client Success Manager or similar in healthcare software or pharmaceutical consulting.
- Experience with Top 20 global pharma companies at senior executive level.
- Leadership in change management for large organizations adopting technology.
- Strategic navigation of organizations for business value relationships.
- Extensive data analysis and compelling presentations to customers.
- Experience developing and utilizing account plans for success.
