Location: Remote (USA)
Compensation: $190,000 – $215,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end, executing as an IC when necessary to drive momentum for Core and Enterprise deals.
- Coach and develop a growing team of sellers to improve close rates, confidence, and consistency.
- Partner with CCO and Finance to evolve quota design, capacity planning, and coverage models.
- Build repeatable sales frameworks and optimize the use of tools like HubSpot and Slack.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align product value with revenue and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 3+ years leading or coaching sales teams.
- Experience in a builder or scaling environment rather than just maintaining a mature organization.
- Proven ability to operate effectively as a player-coach.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare SaaS, behavioral health, or mission-driven technology.
- Exposure to autism care, education, or clinical workflows.
