TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA)

Compensation: $190,000 – $215,000 OTE

hirify.global provides a behavioral therapy platform designed to maximize clinician time and improve outcomes for children with autism.

What you will do

  • Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end, executing as an IC when necessary to drive momentum for Core and Enterprise deals.
  • Coach and develop a growing team of sellers to improve close rates, confidence, and consistency.
  • Partner with CCO and Finance to evolve quota design, capacity planning, and coverage models.
  • Build repeatable sales frameworks and optimize the use of tools like HubSpot and Slack.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align product value with revenue and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 3+ years leading or coaching sales teams.
  • Experience in a builder or scaling environment rather than just maintaining a mature organization.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively as a player-coach.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare SaaS, behavioral health, or mission-driven technology.
  • Exposure to autism care, education, or clinical workflows.
