TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound sourcing and consulting to closing providers.
  • Manage in-person selling and relationship management for accounts within a 2.5-hour radius of the major metro.
  • Execute high-velocity "boots-on-the-ground" sales strategies, being in the field at least 3 days per week.
  • Develop repeatable sales assets, including territory plans, persona-based talk tracks, and objection handling frameworks.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to drive alignment and activation.

Requirements

  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Willingness and ability to be in the field at least 3 days per week.
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales or business development experience with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline independently and close net-new business through outbound prospecting.
  • Success in a field-based territory role with a strong emphasis on in-person selling.
  • High level of CRM rigor, accurate forecasting, and proficiency with modern sales tools.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience selling into large provider organizations or enterprise-level accounts.
  • Healthcare or health tech experience and familiarity with clinical workflows.
  • Proven track record of building early-stage sales motions and playbooks from the ground up.
