What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound sourcing and consulting to closing providers.
- Manage in-person selling and relationship management for accounts within a 2.5-hour radius of the major metro.
- Execute high-velocity "boots-on-the-ground" sales strategies, being in the field at least 3 days per week.
- Develop repeatable sales assets, including territory plans, persona-based talk tracks, and objection handling frameworks.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to drive alignment and activation.
Requirements
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Willingness and ability to be in the field at least 3 days per week.
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales or business development experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline independently and close net-new business through outbound prospecting.
- Success in a field-based territory role with a strong emphasis on in-person selling.
- High level of CRM rigor, accurate forecasting, and proficiency with modern sales tools.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience selling into large provider organizations or enterprise-level accounts.
- Healthcare or health tech experience and familiarity with clinical workflows.
- Proven track record of building early-stage sales motions and playbooks from the ground up.
