TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (MedTech): Managing a select portfolio of top-tier enterprise MedTech customers to meet and exceed annual bookings quotas with an accent on multi-year account strategy and growth. Focus on developing strategic business programs and leveraging manufacturing capabilities to create competitive advantages for clients.

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in Maple Plain, MN (onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Role is only open to U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders) or foreign nationals granted refugee or asylee status due to ITAR regulations.

Salary: Total Cash range of $150,000 - $190,000 USD/year

What you will do

  • Manage 1-3 of the top 50 enterprise MedTech customers to meet and exceed annual bookings quotas.
  • Develop multi-year business plans and strategic account strategies for senior leadership reviews.
  • Align with customer KPIs using business analytics and CRM tools such as SFDC and DOMO.
  • Identify and incubate new business opportunities by prospecting across R&D, sourcing, and executive leadership levels.
  • Coordinate internal resources and define responsibilities for the account team to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience managing complex B2B enterprise accounts, preferably in MedTech or with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Proven track record of growing customer relationships across business units, locations, and personas.
  • Expertise in CRM and forecasting tools for pipeline management and actionable insight.
  • Deep technical understanding of manufacturing and engineering service lines.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) required for ITAR compliance.
