What you will do

• Engage warm leads from social media and other digital pipelines promptly to maximize conversion.
• Guide potential patients through the full intake process, including secure collection of personal and payment details.
• Manage clinic consultants' calendars to book and confirm free initial consultations.
• Conduct friendly, low-pressure discussions to educate leads on aesthetic services.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads and move them efficiently through the booking funnel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a telemarketer, intake coordinator, or similar calling role.
• Proven track record of managing warm leads and driving conversions in a professional setting.
• US-based work experience is required.
• Proficiency with Project Management and CRM systems.
• Excellent English communication skills with a professional and welcoming phone presence.
• Background in medical, Healthcare, or Aesthetic Medicine is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with niche-specific medical software such as Zenoti.
