hirify.global is a platform enabling enterprises to build and operate high-integrity Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) programs.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of key enterprise customers in APAC across the aviation, energy, and logistics sectors.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including Sustainability, ESG, Fuel Procurement, and Finance teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of complex SAF and decarbonization programs.
  • Monitor operational metrics, implementation timelines, and SLA adherence to ensure program quality.
  • Provide regional and regulatory expertise on CORSIA compliance and APAC aviation decarbonization strategies.
  • Identify commercial expansion opportunities and translate regional market dynamics into actionable product feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore.
  • Professional fluency in Japanese and excellent English communication skills.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in management consulting, SaaS implementation, or enterprise customer success.
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in the hard sciences.
  • Ability to travel within APAC and work across regional time zones.
  • Comfort with configurable SaaS platforms and discussing API integrations and data workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience in carbon markets, fuel markets, or carbon accounting.
