TL;DR
Client Delivery Engineer (SaaS): Managing technical implementations for commercial customers with an accent on SSO setup, API integrations, and technical troubleshooting. Location: Hybrid in London (office 3 days/week)
Salary: £45k–£55k + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Own end-to-end technical implementation for commercial accounts, including SSO setup, authentication flows, and integration configuration.
- Serve as the first line of technical response for API and configuration errors, triaging and resolving issues independently.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve technical documentation.
- Provide structured technical summaries and handover notes to the Solution Architect for escalated accounts.
- Act as a customer-facing expert on ’s technical capabilities and stay informed about the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
- Must be based in London (office 3 days/week).
- Solid understanding of APIs, authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), and integration concepts.
- Hands-on experience with session lifecycles, secure cookie handling, and token-based authentication (JWT).
- Proven ability to manage workload and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS environments, implementation, or technical support.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
- Knowledge of SCIM 2.0, REST, SOAP, or GraphQL.
- Understanding of network security protocols (LDAP) and core application security principles.
