Sales Enablement Training Manager (SaaS): Executing and supporting training programs to build sales capability across the revenue organization with an accent on onboarding, sales methodology facilitation, and content management. Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: 94,000 – 135,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Facilitate onboarding, product training, and sales methodology workshops (e.g., MEDDPICC) for AEs, PAMs, and Customer Success teams.
- Coordinate and deliver the 30-60-90 day new hire onboarding program and track ramp velocity metrics.
- Develop and maintain training content within the CMS/LMS, including monthly modules and competitive battlecards.
- Support Salesforce sales stage alignment and reinforce methodology adoption through structured coaching and role-plays.
- Measure program effectiveness by tracking completion rates and participant satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, sales enablement, or training delivery.
- Experience facilitating training programs in a Software, Tech, or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to build course content and training materials.
- Strong familiarity with sales processes and revenue team dynamics.
- Must be based in the United States.
