TL;DR

Corporate Account Executive (SaaS/Identity): Driving territory growth in the South African market through net new logo acquisition and expansion of existing hirify.global platform customers with an accent on value-based selling and C-suite relationship management. Focus on navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, implementing the MEDDPICC framework, and delivering predictable revenue growth.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland. Expectation to be present in the Dublin office for collaboration and training.

Salary: €128,000 — €176,000 EUR (OTE)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a long-term strategic plan for net new logo pipeline generation in the South African Corporate and lower Enterprise segments.
  • Drive consistent revenue growth and exceed quota targets through repeatable and predictable booking processes.
  • Build and cultivate networks of C-suite decision-makers within prospect accounts using a value-based sales approach.
  • Collaborate with the hirify.global ecosystem, including xDRs, Partners, Presales, and Professional Services, to maximize opportunity discovery.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from scoping and negotiation to closing complex agreements.
  • Maintain a strong forecasting rigor and use the MEDDPICC methodology to manage deals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of success growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Proven experience selling into the South African market.
  • Ability to evangelize products and create demand with C-level decision makers.
  • Expertise in sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Significant experience collaborating with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to travel to Africa, London (EMEA HQ), and the USA.
