Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland. Expectation to be present in the Dublin office for collaboration and training.
Salary: €128,000 — €176,000 EUR (OTE)

What you will do
- Develop and execute a long-term strategic plan for net new logo pipeline generation in the South African Corporate and lower Enterprise segments.
- Drive consistent revenue growth and exceed quota targets through repeatable and predictable booking processes.
- Build and cultivate networks of C-suite decision-makers within prospect accounts using a value-based sales approach.
- Collaborate with the ecosystem, including xDRs, Partners, Presales, and Professional Services, to maximize opportunity discovery.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from scoping and negotiation to closing complex agreements.
- Maintain a strong forecasting rigor and use the MEDDPICC methodology to manage deals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of success growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Proven experience selling into the South African market.
- Ability to evangelize products and create demand with C-level decision makers.
- Expertise in sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
- Significant experience collaborating with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and partner ecosystems.
- Ability to travel to Africa, London (EMEA HQ), and the USA.
