What you will do

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce services.
• Manage inbound customer calls across various operational workflows.
• Guide pet owners through the onboarding process and communicate value propositions.
• Handle objections and resolve concerns to build client confidence.
• Use internal tools to track activity, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the team to refine and improve outreach strategies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Weekend availability is required (with two weekdays off).
• 1+ year of experience in client-facing roles, specifically in outbound calling or inside sales.
• Ability to handle a high volume of daily phone calls.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a virtual environment with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
