What you will do

• Own end-to-end channel expansion, including research, launch, and iteration across paid and partnership channels (affiliates, direct mail, social platforms).
• Develop the innovative channel roadmap to identify high-potential growth opportunities and strategic investments.
• Pioneer the adoption of AI agents to automate marketing workflows and accelerate testing capabilities.
• Design and execute rigorous experiments, interpreting results to scale winning growth engines.
• Analyze full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality) to provide strategic recommendations for resource allocation.
• Partner with product, data, and creative teams to build necessary infrastructure for new channel success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing across multiple channels.
• Strong quantitative analytical ability and experience with full-funnel metrics.
• Consulting background (ideally MBB or equivalent) preferred for structured problem solving.
• Experience or strong interest in applying AI tools and agents as a strategic marketing capability.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with an ownership mentality.
