What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day audience development program, roadmap, and growth strategies.
• Monitor SEO/GEO trends and evaluate technical search tools to identify and resolve site issues.
• Coordinate with external partners to maintain reviews for schema and other technical search factors.
• Partner with the Acquisition team to align search marketing and conversion efforts.
• Develop and execute organization-wide training sessions on search implementation.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and vendor invoicing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in audience development, content strategy, or audience insights roles.
• Experience optimizing high-volume, consumer-facing platforms for both traditional search and AI-driven answer engines.
• Experience with unstructured data, entity authority, and semantic/agentic search for paywalled or membership-driven sites.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and major SEO platforms (SEMRush, Conductor, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Lumar).
• Hands-on experience implementing GEO monitoring and AI visibility tools.
• Must be based in one of the approved US states; this position is not eligible for sponsorship or relocation assistance.
