hirify.global provides a platform for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls, powering over 20,000 apps globally.

What you will do

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for Apple Ads, including positioning, messaging, and feature launches.
  • Build CRM and lifecycle marketing systems, including email sequences, lead nurturing, and trial-to-paid optimization.
  • Create high-impact content such as case studies, blog posts, landing pages, and thought leadership materials.
  • Support the Sales team with pitch decks, battle cards, and ROI-focused materials.
  • Conduct competitive and customer research to build partnerships within the mobile UA ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, GTM, or Growth Marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of hands-on execution in writing case studies, building email sequences, and creating landing pages.
  • Experience managing end-to-end go-to-market efforts and product launches.
  • Strong writing skills in English.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts like attribution and ROAS into clear messaging.
  • Ability to work autonomously as the first GTM hire without existing playbooks.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the mobile app ecosystem, App Store optimization, or Apple Search Ads.
  • Familiarity with mobile UA metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Customer.io, HubSpot, or Intercom.
  • Previous experience in early-stage startups building marketing from scratch.
  • Knowledge of the subscription economy and in-app purchase monetization.
