What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between hospitals, clinical contacts, and radiologists.
• Prepare exams for interpretation by attaching prior exams, clinical notes, and necessary documents.
• Monitor worklists and balance the workload to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Maintain a safe work environment and assist in orienting new staff members.

Requirements

• Proficiency in navigating PACS, RIS, and voice recognition systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare and radiology information systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Associate’s degree in healthcare/administration or 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations.
• Must be eligible for E-verify.
