What you will do

  • Act as point of contact for contractors and third-parties, resolving issues and ensuring clear communication.
  • Coordinate planning for store renovations, maintenance visits, and operational activities to meet schedules and budgets.
  • Review and sign off on completed work, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Manage administrative tasks including purchase orders, invoicing, and paperwork.
  • Compile and distribute maintenance visit summaries with progress and follow-ups.
  • Support payroll review and expense processing.
  • Generate reports on financial metrics, project progress, and operational KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations coordination or project management.
  • Strong organisational skills for multi-tasking across locations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for contractors, vendors, and teams.
  • Experience reviewing/signing off work for quality and compliance.
  • Familiarity with POs, invoicing, payroll, reporting tools, Google Workspace, and financial software.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and problem-solving.
  • Ability to travel as needed for site visits.
