What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end client relationship from initial implementation to long-term partnership.
- Drive revenue growth by processing renewals and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
- Act as a trusted advisor to ensure high customer satisfaction and optimal product usage.
- Collaborate with Product Management to deliver client feedback for future product enhancements.
- Partner with Sales and Technical Support teams to ensure customer longevity and systematic growth.
- Develop and present customized presentations quantifying realized benefits and achievements for clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success Management (CSM) function.
- Technical knowledge of financial crime fighting software and design.
- Proven experience managing business aspects of mid-to-large size customers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Competency in negotiating and upselling products and services.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
