What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Managers to define strategies for account portfolios and maximize revenue.
• Manage small transactions, change orders, and customer inquiries.
• Generate and mature pipeline through direct customer interactions and coordinated campaigns.
• Coordinate consulting services scope and pricing for professional services needs.
• Perform renewal audits and strategize renewal options with the account management team.
• Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track goals and achievements.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of business experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience in Sales, BDR, or Customer Success.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and MS/Google productivity tools.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to visit clients or attend events.
• Must be based in New York (Hybrid).
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or Business Management preferred.
