What you will do

• Manage global tax compliance and ensure timely filing of federal, state, and local tax returns across jurisdictions.
• Oversee quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740, including deferred tax calculations.
• Provide strategic tax oversight and planning for the EMEA and LATAM regions.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's global tax position.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams to integrate tax considerations into business operations.
• Manage uncertain tax positions (UTPs) and lead support for tax audits and external auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
• Proven experience in corporate tax, public accounting, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate tax regulations and ASC 740 requirements.
• Experience managing international tax compliance, specifically in EMEA and LATAM.
• Hands-on experience with deferred tax calculations and financial statement disclosures.
• Must be based in the United States.
