What you will do

• Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 and financial reporting requirements.
• Prepare and review reconciliations of tax-related general ledger accounts.
• Coordinate the preparation of U.S. federal, state, and international tax returns and informational filings with external providers.
• Calculate and prepare quarterly federal and state estimated tax payments.
• Maintain and manage the global tax compliance calendar.
• Collaborate with external advisors on annual R&D tax credit studies and data collection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant tax experience (public or private).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate tax principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with ASC 740 tax provision processes and reporting.
• General understanding of international tax concepts.
• Proven project and program management skills.
