What you will do

• Lead the calculation, accounting, and technical review of federal and state direct taxes.
• Own the end-to-end tax filing calendar and payment obligations across all jurisdictions.
• Prepare footnote disclosures for Effective Tax Rate (ETR) reconciliation under ASC 740.
• Manage complex filings including federal consolidated returns (Form 1120) and FBAR/FATCA.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tax audits and maintain the SOX control environment.
• Coordinate transfer pricing workflows and ensure compliance with OECD and US Treasury regulations.

Requirements

• Direct experience managing book-to-taxable income bridges under ASC 740.
• Proven track record of tax compliance within a regulated financial services environment.
• Practical experience designing and reviewing internal controls under a SOX framework.
• Capability in managing transfer pricing studies and IRC §482 documentation.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law; CPA licensure strongly preferred.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Miami, USA.

• Experience in the banking or payments industry.
