Salary: $141,360 - $194,370 USD (for New York City)

What you will do

• Manage US federal, state, and local corporate income tax compliance and filings.
• Oversee tax matters for Americas markets, including Mexico, Argentina, and Canada.
• Provide strategic tax advisory for business transactions, restructurings, and new market entries.
• Lead US federal and state tax audits and monitor tax risks (UTPs).
• Manage relationships with external tax service providers and statutory auditors.
• Deliver quarterly and year-end tax reporting under IFRS.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of US corporate tax experience in industry or public accounting.
• CPA, JD, or degree in accounting, finance, or economics (MST is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of US federal/state corporate income tax and international tax principles.
• Experience working within a global organization.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and tax technology platforms.
