What you will do

• Design and implement the PMO framework, tools, workflows, and governance from the ground up.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives spanning Salesforce optimization, technology modernization, and client change management.
• Drive the multi-year transition from legacy remote desktop banking environments to modern, cloud-based operations.
• Present project status, risks, and outcomes directly to the CEO, board, and investors.
• Coach and support employees running cross-functional projects alongside their primary roles.
• Identify and eliminate organizational bottlenecks by building lightweight, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of project management experience in financial services or banking.
• Proven track record of building PM infrastructure, frameworks, and governance in environments without an established PMO.
• Experience managing projects across CRM/technology platforms, business operations, and client-facing change management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect project outcomes to revenue and risk.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting to C-suite executives and investors.
• Location: Must be based in the United States

• Quantifiable achievements in ARR growth or documented process savings.
• Experience with various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) with a focus on outcomes.
