Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $110,000 – $125,000

What you will do
- Design and implement the PMO framework, tools, workflows, and governance from the ground up.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives spanning Salesforce optimization, technology modernization, and client change management.
- Drive the multi-year transition from legacy remote desktop banking environments to modern, cloud-based operations.
- Present project status, risks, and outcomes directly to the CEO, board, and investors.
- Coach and support employees running cross-functional projects alongside their primary roles.
- Identify and eliminate organizational bottlenecks by building lightweight, scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of project management experience in financial services or banking.
- Proven track record of building PM infrastructure, frameworks, and governance in environments without an established PMO.
- Experience managing projects across CRM/technology platforms, business operations, and client-facing change management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect project outcomes to revenue and risk.
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to C-suite executives and investors.
- Location: Must be based in the United States
Nice to have
- Quantifiable achievements in ARR growth or documented process savings.
- Experience with various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) with a focus on outcomes.
