What you will do
- Own end-to-end partner onboarding and implementation, driving timelines and ensuring successful go-lives.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for strategic partners, managing technical integrations and eligibility files.
- Translate partner needs into actionable technical requirements for Engineering and internal Operations teams.
- Lead UAT cycles, monitor post-launch files, and establish SOPs for data and billing issue resolution.
- Liaise with claims billing operations to support RCM system setup and track CPT code trends.
- Maintain partner reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and QBR preparation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in client operations, implementation, or revenue operations in healthcare or health tech.
- Proven experience working directly with external partners and health plan stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with API workflows, eligibility file operations, and data integrations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, SFTP platforms, Asana or Jira, and data tools like Excel or Looker.
- Must be located in the United States.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with claims billing concepts, such as CPT codes, denials management, and RCM.
