What you will do
- Build and execute comprehensive enablement strategies focused on prospecting, territory management, and deal closure.
- Create and facilitate onboarding and skill-development workshops using flipped classrooms, roleplays, and simulations.
- Develop high-impact enablement assets including playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment in messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide targeted coaching through ride-alongs and shadowing sessions with immediate, structured feedback.
- Maintain certification programs and competency models to ensure sales teams meet performance standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering enablement programs for Field Sales or Outbound Sales, preferably in global SaaS companies.
- Experience evaluating program effectiveness using business metrics like pipeline growth and win rates.
- Ability to analyze data to extract actionable insights for performance improvement.
- Track record of creating field sales content that drives behavioral change.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
- Ability to travel 50-75% within the region.
