Location: Ghent, Belgium. Requires extensive travel within the region (50-75%) for field observations and coaching.

What you will do

  • Build and execute comprehensive enablement strategies focused on prospecting, territory management, and deal closure.
  • Create and facilitate onboarding and skill-development workshops using flipped classrooms, roleplays, and simulations.
  • Develop high-impact enablement assets including playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment in messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide targeted coaching through ride-alongs and shadowing sessions with immediate, structured feedback.
  • Maintain certification programs and competency models to ensure sales teams meet performance standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering enablement programs for Field Sales or Outbound Sales, preferably in global SaaS companies.
  • Experience evaluating program effectiveness using business metrics like pipeline growth and win rates.
  • Ability to analyze data to extract actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Track record of creating field sales content that drives behavioral change.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% within the region.
