TL;DR
Account Manager (HRtech): Managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic high-value accounts in the Benelux region with an accent on upsell, cross-sell, and NRR. Focus on designing outbound campaigns, conducting impact-driven discovery conversations, and managing expansion deals end-to-end.

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of 150–250 strategic Benelux accounts, managing inbound requests and proactive outreach.
- Generate pipeline by designing and executing targeted outbound campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and RevOps.
- Manage the full expansion deal lifecycle from initial opportunity identification through negotiation to close.
- Conduct value-based discovery conversations with customer stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success to align on account health and expansion readiness.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting for all deals.
Requirements
- Dutch proficiency at C1 level or higher for communication with customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Proven commercial experience within SaaS or tech environments with a track record of results.
- Experience independently building, managing, and closing a sales pipeline.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-first approach to value-based selling.
