What you will do

  • Build and execute enablement strategies focused on prospecting, territory management, and solution selling.
  • Design and facilitate onboarding programs and skill-development workshops using flipped classrooms and simulations.
  • Develop high-impact assets including playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and regional Sales Leadership to align messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct field ride-alongs and shadowing sessions to provide immediate, actionable coaching to Account Executives.
  • Maintain certification programs and competency models to ensure adherence to sales methodologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering enablement programs for Field/Outside Sales, preferably within global SaaS companies.
  • Ability to analyze data to extract insights on pipeline growth, win rates, and quota attainment.
  • Track record of creating sales tools and content that drive behavioral change and performance.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
  • Availability for extensive regional travel (50-75%).
