What you will do

• Lead and coordinate pre-sales strategy for the most complex enterprise and public sector deals.
• Support the Sales team with technical expertise, insights, and tools to handle prospect needs.
• Manage the end-to-end RFP process, collaborating with Insurance and Product experts to build responses.
• Act as the voice of the customer to provide feedback and influence the platform roadmap.
• Coordinate complex customer onboardings to ensure a seamless transition.
• Collaborate with the French team to share best practices and develop a global pre-sales playbook.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgium.
• 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Dutch OR French.
• Proven experience in end-to-end procurement projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
• Strong skills in active listening, requirements elicitation, and objection handling in complex environments.

Nice to have

• Fluency in both Dutch AND French.
• Experience with Insurance or Health platforms.
• Experience with HRIS or Payroll solutions.
