What you will do

• Define and execute the innovation strategy for Audit within the TAA Professional Segment.
• Scan the audit market and competitive landscape to identify whitespace opportunities and emerging tech trends like agentic workflows and probabilistic decisioning.
• Integrate AI, automation, and agentic systems into audit workflows including planning, risk assessment, and evidence management.
• Own the full lifecycle of idea incubation from discovery and prototyping to GTM readiness, pricing, and monetization.
• Collaborate across a matrixed environment with Engineering, UX, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
• Build, mentor, and coach a high-performing, entrepreneurial innovation team.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Coppell, TX, USA
• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product roles or as a company founder/early-stage product leader.
• 3+ years of experience managing product managers.
• Proven track record of launching successful products from concept to market and defining GTM strategies.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, lean startup principles, and customer-centric design.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Innovation).
• Familiarity with AI, data-driven platforms, and emerging technologies.
