Salary: $220,000 – $240,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Insights function aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with executive leadership across Product, Marketing, and Engineering to embed data-driven decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional analytics and research programs to optimize user experiences and identify risks.
• Develop and govern enterprise KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Translate complex qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and researchers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or user research, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to translate data into executive-level strategic recommendations.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or digital product environments.
• Strong expertise in KPI frameworks, experimentation design, and behavioral analytics.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Looker, Pendo, or Fullstory.
