hirify.global is a unified payment infrastructure platform that automates the entire payments lifecycle from acceptance and orchestration to reconciliation and FX.

What you will do

  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on enterprise-level accounts.
  • Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to engage key decision-makers including founders, CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes, playbooks, and the refinement of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Provide consultative selling to identify customer challenges and present innovative payment solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales.
  • Ability to lead complex sales cycles with executive-level functional leads.
  • Strong strategic negotiation skills and a bias towards action.
  • Capacity to produce results in fast-paced, highly ambiguous situations.
  • Proactive mindset toward improving existing processes and developing best practices.
