What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from initial pitch to closing.
• Define target segments and sales strategies to disrupt the manual claims space.
• Collaborate directly with the Head of claim.me and the CEO to scale the venture.
• Work with growth engineers and other AEs to fuel the pipeline.
• Represent the company at key industry events and webinars.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Tech Sales.
• Business-fluent German (C2) is required.
• Strong English skills for collaborating with an international team.
• Experience pitching to C-Level/Heads of Logistics and Customer Support.
• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to build processes from scratch.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from the Berlin office.
