What you will do

• Post daily bank deposits in ERP SAP, analyze payments through research and communication.
• Post non-receivable payments to general ledger and reconcile credit card payments.
• Process incoming payment files (ACH, checks, wires) in bank system (IREC).
• Handle payment research, adjustments, returned items, AR refunds, and write-offs.
• Maintain MICR numbers, customer groups, and aliases in bank system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years cash applications experience in high-volume lockbox environment; OCR a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP or major ERP and Bank of America CashPro or similar bank systems.
• Strong payment research, data entry, attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and cross-functional collaboration.
