What you will do

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Contact customers via phone and email to collect outstanding balances or arrange payment plans.
• Investigate billing or payment discrepancies and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Process customer payments and handle refunds according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with Billing, AR, Sales, and Customer Service departments to resolve payment delays.
• Maintain detailed records of all collection communications and account status updates.

Requirements

• High school diploma is required; Associate’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounts receivable and collection processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ERP systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional customer outreach.
• Must be able to work onsite in Marietta, GA.
