What you will do

• Prepare, review, and analyze client invoices to maximize DSO and Net Working Capital.
• Resolve customer billing issues, reconcile account discrepancies, and handle disputes.
• Assist customers with payment processing via ACH, Lockbox, or 3rd party systems.
• Collaborate with Account Management teams to coordinate and resolve A/R issues.
• Maintain KPI standards for billing measurements and provide cash application documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of high-volume corporate collections experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to interface with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Nav.
• Experience with 3rd Party Collection Management Systems.
• Process improvement experience.
