TL;DR
Onboarding Stream Lead (FinTech): Take overall responsibility for ASH onboarding project management, coordinating activities across multiple teams and leading client communication. Location: Warsaw office (hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote). Location aligned with client’s region (e.g., EMEA for European clients).

What you will do
- Take overall responsibility for ASH onboarding project management.
- Coordinate onboarding activities across Product Management, Outcome, Outreach, Testing, AFT, and Bottomline teams.
- Lead all client communication on assigned responsibilities.
- Define and maintain regular reporting and risk analysis with Outreach PM and client’s Program Manager.
- Coordinate testing activities, test planning, sample data requests, and integration scope with V&T and project teams.
- Manage client change requests: review, document, assess impact, collaborate on solutions, estimate efforts, and communicate outcomes.
Requirements
- Seniority and confidence for business communication with clearing brokers, custodians, asset managers.
- Experience in post-trade settlement processes in buy-side/asset management.
- Solid understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, ETDs, OTC derivatives).
- Familiarity with data interfacing, mapping, and interface requirements.
- General knowledge of testing processes and project delivery.
- At least 5 years managing projects in asset servicing operations.
- Ideally fluent in client’s local language (in addition to English) with cultural understanding.
- Location aligned with client’s region (e.g., EMEA).
