What you will do

• Install, align, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on pumps, motors, conveyors, agitators, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to support installations and repairs.
• Use CMMS (SAP or equivalent) to track work orders and maintenance history.
• Fabricate or modify machine parts using welding, machining, and hand tools.
• Collaborate with other trades and departments to minimize downtime and improve reliability.

Requirements

• Must have Skilled trades designation (Final year Mechanical Apprentices may be considered).
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Physical capability for frequent walking, standing, squatting, and reaching.
• Compliance with Ontario Health & Safety regulations.
