What you will do

  • Work from assembly drawings, blueprints, instructions, and specifications to plan and sequence tasks.
  • Assemble machinery sections based on customer specifications using hand/power tools.
  • Perform precision mechanical assembly of rotating shafts, gear trains, sprockets, and structures.
  • Align, level, and measure components to tight tolerances for accuracy and concentricity.
  • Identify defects, complete documentation, and participate in team problem-solving.
  • Maintain safe, clean workspace and support teammates as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of mechanical assembly, machine building, or related experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to read/interpret complex drawings and blueprints.
  • Proficiency with hand/power tools and precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environment and effective team communication.
  • Follow safety procedures and adapt to changing priorities.
