What you will do

• Assemble wood frame components, panels, and structures using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and fixtures according to blueprints.
• Inspect materials and completed assemblies to ensure strict conformance with quality standards.
• Maintain production pace in alignment with lean manufacturing principles and customer demand.
• Operate woodworking machinery such as saws, nail machines, and presses.
• Ensure accurate material identification, counts, and part tracking throughout the production process.
• Follow OSHA-compliant safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma (GED) or equivalent professional work experience.
• Ability to read tape measures, basic drawings, and work instructions.
• Basic math proficiency (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Hildebran, NC.
