What you will do

• Assemble production machines, including mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and plumbing.
• Interpret plumbing and electrical schematics to guide the build process.
• Troubleshoot assembly and build issues on production tools.
• Maintain documentation in assembly manuals and production logbooks.
• Lead tool build processes, assign resources, and manage build schedules.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards to deliver zero-defect products.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field of manufacturing.
• Ability to integrate tubing connections using stainless steel Swagelok and Flare Tek TFE fittings.
• Proficiency with hand tools and light metalworking skills.
• Ability to navigate Excel, Word, CAD, and SolidWorks.
• Must be able to work the 2nd shift in Horsham, PA.

Nice to have

• Technical school degree.
• Basic training in electronics and electrical schematics.
• Experience with wire stripping, pin crimping, and terminating.
• Experience with control software on automated machines.
